My Lifestyle

I have a healthy lifestyle. I always workout and differents routines. I do Pilates, Cardio, Yoga, and dancing from Monday through Friday afternoons. Also, I go for a walk and a run in the park on Saturday and Sunday mornings. I do cardio or dancing when I am happy and energetic. I do Pilates or yoga when I am stressed and out of energy. This year, I am exercising with my best friend and my sister.

I usually eat healthy meals. This week, I am having whole wheat bread with avocado and a glass of Greek yogurt for breakfast. This week, I am eating vegetable salad with turkey, avocado, and beans. This week, I am having a Teriyaki bowl with Asian-style salmon, cucumber, rice, and avocado for dinner. My favorite dessert is the fruit salad with granola and Greek yogurt. I am currently eating turkey sandwiches with pineapple juice in the afternoons.


I sleep 8 hours a day. I had this habit since I was little because my parents taught me that sleeping is important to take care of our health. 

Sometimes I eat hamburgers with French fries, pizza, and ice cream. Today, I am eating Neapolitan and Hawaiian pizza with my best friends because we are celebrating the release of my new album in Spanish.
